Excerpt from recent feedback report...
"Each of the 3 days were similar in the areas that we fished but different in the conditions and outcomes each day.The last day or 3rd day of fishing was by far the best. Seas were calm all day and the sun and temperature were perfect for us whities, and I mean whities from the Northeast that were looking to get some sun while away from the cold and gloomy weathers of winter back East !! We slaughtered the Yellow Fin Tuna this last day and filled the cooler with enough fish where we brought home about 40-45lbs of fillets that will offer a very nice sushi dinner party upon our return . We ended up catching Yellow Fin Tuna , Yellow Tail , Bonita/ Skipjack , Hammer Head sharks (2) and Grooper. I took about 300 photos of our trip here and will send you a link to view the final edition once completed.

It was also awesome to see all the wildlife , fish and mammal species during such a short trip. We experienced Sea Lions almost every day trying to outwit us and waiting and hiding in the center of the boats while bottom fishing or trolling trying to take the catch before they are reeled in ! Humpback Whales breached on the horizon and you noticed their locations by the water and air that was jetted into the air from their blowhole once they hit the surface . Families of Humpback whales were also close by as well showing their young the ropes. We saw schools of dolphins passing by and an occasional sea turtle swimming towards shore. We experienced seeing Orca Killer Whales the first time in the wild as they followed the excited schools of Yellow Fin Tuna and Bonita / Skipjack that were rocketing through the seas .We gave a pelican a ride back on the final day as he came down and attached himself to the bow railing before being shoooed away!! One interesting note was that every day the Manta Rays breached the surface and jumped into the air doing flips .They were everywhere!! We had never seen this before."

The New Year brings us good news, the striped marlin are here and they're hungry.  Over the Christmas holidays a nice mix of marlin, dorado and wahoo visited Little Sister and all but the marlin made appearances with their takers in either local restaurants or northbound coolers.  Water temps are holding in the upper 60's near San Jose and mid 70's further west.  There are still a few small holes in the Winter/Spring calendar, give us a call and we'll fill 'em up.
